Happy World Elephant Day!

I’m so proud to share my first visual merchandising project for the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust X Elizabeth Scarlett collaboration at Spitalfields in London for World Elephant Day.
For this project I was given creative control over the space and was responsible for designing the layout, sourcing all materials and furniture, styling and displaying the products, and bringing the vision to life. Every detail, from the smallest display prop to the interactive photo opportunity outside, was carefully put together by myself, working closely with Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, and with the invaluable help from wonderful Els .
For the outdoor element, I had a shed built on site by the wonderful GG to replicate the nursery homes used for orphan elephants supported by Sheldrick Wildlife Trust in Kenya, so that passers by and shoppers could have photos taken with our elephant!
This role included creative design and event production; I managed all logistics, coordinated supplier orders and deliveries, oversaw health and safety, arranged vinyl installations, and ensured everything was ready for launch day.
The space both showcases the gorgeous products for sale by Sheldrick Wildlife Trust and their sponsor Elizabeth Scarlett, while telling the story of the incredible work the trust does to protect Elephants in Kenya. It was a challenging but incredibly rewarding experience, and I’m so grateful to Sheldrick Wildlife Trust for trusting my team with their vision.
