I am currently a marketing professional based in Newcastle.

My employment background before University is highly customer service based, with over five years of experience in various roles. This gives me a good knowledge of the consumer market from the ground up.

I've merged my customer service mindset alongside my proficient passion for brand storytelling.

As a graduate I have lots of relevant and useful experience in marketing roles. These are; website management, social media management, social engagement, content creation, copywriting, and blogging.

I also have experience in writing press releases, using analytics and optimising SEO.

I would however like to harness my storytelling capabilities in a professional role and so hope to use this personal passion for my future career.
