Louis has effectively managed key processes in the production environment of an NMA top 5 design and build agency. He has the ability to focus on delivering quick run, high value projects, liaising with cross-functional, multi-national resources. As a Production Manager his key responsibility is to facilitate the smooth handover of new business customer's requirements and expectations to the production/delivery teams. Louis also ensures the correct allocation of the requisite resources, (Digital Designers/Developers, Project Managers and Data Analysts), based upon their technical, vertical market and functional expertise and experience.
