ABOUT

The King of Cod is a Portuguese restaurant in Lisbon, proudly serving codfish to locals and foreigners who look for an original place in town. This year celebrates its 40th anniversary so we proposed a painting with 45x60cm made by Catarina Rosa from Tail to Tail Studio who accepted this challenge of painting a codfish dressed as a king in order to match the restaurant´s name. It´s a piece intended to last for many years and turn into a reference for everyone who visits "The King of Cod".
