People fascinate me. Happy people, loud people, creative people, smart people, even angry people..y kind of people. I love them. Every single one.

I've spent my 20+ year career engaging people and creating strong relationships with customers. As a business-to-business sales rep, and later as managing director of a teleproduction studio for 10+ years, my biggest joy has come from the relationships I've built with customers.

I've written a book (with my lovely co-author Marilyn Suttle) about how to connect with customers so that they become loyal fans. It's titled: "Who's Your Gladys

I've parlayed these interests and skills into customer service and sales speaking and consulting. And since I'm a social media and marketing fanatic, I also have a gig as senior social media copywriter and conversation manager at Organic, Inc., a digital advertising agency in the U.S. with offices in San Francisco, Detroit, New York and Atlanta.
