Web app used internally as a learning platform. Main features are ability to participate in classes, sign-up for a course, personal reporting (profile page) as well as company reporting pages, access to knowledgebase and gamification system.

Team tasks (9 team members: BA, UX, consultants): business and functional analysis & requirements, design of the technical architecture of the system (hardware & software infrastructure), technical documentation.

Tasks:
• participating in all the phases of the project, starting from user research and outlining the solution's architecture and finishing with the interface design
• propose the mockups for new functionalities (wireframing)
• help writing technical documentation
• participate in estimation process
• participate in demos for stakeholders
