The Brief
End oF are the people you need to speak to before returning any leased vehicle. They assess the condition of the vehicle against guidelines published by the BVRLA to give advice on where any damage falls within a chargeable limit. The team we’re using an outdated system that was unreliable, slow to load, cumbersome and often resorted in them using a paper-based system as a backup. Our challenge was to take the current process and build an application that made their assessments easier and more reliable.

The Approach
Data management was the key for a smooth running application that allowed efficient upload of information and more importantly images. Our approach was to break down the key assessment areas into smaller chunks and allow.

The Results
Assessment’s can now be complete within 50 minutes and the full interactive report can be sent to the vehicle owner instantly, giving a break down for every item on the assessment with associated estimates where required. The team can work quickly, efficiently and deliver comms that are on brand.
