Gea is another innovative product from Genomed. For decades, Genomed has been active in the development and promotion of products such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, nutritional supplements.Gea is the newest product of the Genomed family, and is an alloy manufactured with mineral water from the natural sources of Crete and mastic oils from Chios. Gea differs from existing mastic-based products due to different harvesting and oil treatment. It is considered to be a premium product and is intended for export rather than for national trade.In our research we saw that branding on similar products follows specific design rules and for the branding of Gea we decided to avoid them completely.We designed a symbol that could be used in a Premium product regardless of the concept, highlighting exclusivity and luxury.We combined the English letter G, the Greek letter γ and the form of a drop, while at the same time through secondary semantics, we introduced the concept of infinity and the symbol
