About me

I currently work in fashion recruitment covering all Wholesale, Technical & Design positions within the North West, Yorkshire, North East & Scotland. I am responsible for various fashion accounts in the North, which will require me to meet both clients & candidates & advise both senior & junior designers with their portfolios.

My business is through both strong existing accounts & business development - I have a range of loyal clients, who see me as a consultant who is trying to help develop their business with the best possible candidates.

I have excellent communication skills which have been developed through regularly liaising with clients both face to face & over the phone & I can be a shrewd negotiator from both sorting fees with clients, and closing candidates on salaries & packages.

My passion is the media industry - I have a BA (Hons) in Media, as well as completing placements at both a local TV & radio station. During my dissertation I visited several radio stations within the North to discover more about both BBC & commercial radio stations.

I am now keen to find a Junior Media position which will allow me to train & develop into a successful media executive. I feel I have gained some excellent skills from my current position & I am now keen to put these into practice within a media position.
