Description
I led the creative direction for the Integrated Care Academy's Social Impact Report, helping transform complex evidence, research and stakeholder insight into a visually engaging and accessible publication. Working collaboratively with colleagues across content and client services, I helped develop a report that communicated the scale and significance of the ICA's work while maintaining clarity, credibility and impact.

Brief
The Integrated Care Academy needed a report that could effectively communicate its progress, outcomes and impact to partners, stakeholders and wider audiences. With a substantial body of quantitative data alongside powerful human stories, the challenge was to present detailed information in a way that felt engaging, cohesive and easy to understand.

Summary
As Creative Lead, I was responsible for the report's visual direction, editorial design and overall reader experience. Working closely with content specialists, I helped shape a design-led publication that balanced strategic messaging with compelling visual storytelling.
The report used considered layouts, clear information hierarchy, strong typography, data visualisation and feature-style content to guide readers through the ICA's work and achievements. Pull-out statistics, impact highlights and narrative-led design elements helped bring key messages to the forefront, ensuring complex information could be absorbed quickly and effectively.
Rather than presenting content as a traditional report, the design approach focused on creating a polished and engaging publication that encouraged readers to connect with both the evidence and the human stories behind the organisation's impact.

Successes
The finished report provided the Integrated Care Academy with a credible and engaging communications asset to support stakeholder engagement, advocacy and long-term relationship building.
