I am a graduate-qualified, Level 3 Personal Trainer with a keen interest in personal health and fitness. My area of specialism is providing balanced fitness programmes for people with a range of stress and anxiety conditions. Anxiety is a feature of our busy lives. Enjoying exercise and eating healthily can help to reduce anxiety allowing you to get on with your life. I have an avid interest in nutrition and the growing market of functional foods, like probiotics and other bioactive or plant-based foodstuffs that can address a variety of health issues.
