About Linda
I am an accomplished HR generalist with over ten years experience. My HR experience to date includes providing guidance, support and leadership on HR issues, initiatives and projects. I have participated at Board level in strategic HR planning, implementing and monitoring HR strategies, developing policies and procedures, and employee relations.
Over the past two years I have mainly worked on short term contract and interim roles. This has furthered my HR experience considerably and provided me with the opportunity to work across a wide range of companies.
In addition to my HR skills, abilities and experience I would like to emphasise the following:
- Excellent knowledge of employment law - I attend regular employment law seminars with leading employment law firms
- Masters Degree in Employment Studies and Human Resource Management
- Fully qualified member of the CIPD and I am currently completing my form to upgrade to MCIPD
- Self-motivated and committed to providing high quality service either in a stand alone position or as part of a team
