Kerzner International Holdings Limited, through its subsidiaries, is a leading international developer and operator of destination resorts, ultra-luxury hotels and residences and innovative entertainment and gaming experiences. Kerzner’s flagship brand Atlantis includes Atlantis, The Palm, located in Dubai, a 1,500-room, water-themed resort on the Palm overlooking the Arabian Sea and mainland Dubai. It also includes Atlantis, Sanya, located in Hainan, China. Atlantis, The Royal in Dubai and Atlantis Ko Olina in Hawaii in the United States are in development. Under the One&Only brand, Kerzner manages some of the most top-rated ultra-luxury resorts in the world, located in Mexico, Mauritius, the Maldives, South Africa, Dubai, Rwanda and Australia. Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort, a 500-room destination golf and casino resort in Morocco, is also operated by Kerzner.
They challenged us to redesign and strategically plan an exceptional user-experience for all Kerzner properties. This included transforming key processes, competencies and models through an intelligent mix of digital technologies.

To execute on the identified challenge we undertook a series of key phases, from UX Design, Information Architecture and content planning. This involved one month of discovery workshops with 200+ key stakeholders in all departments across all resorts.
We developed UX design and information architecture that met the needs identified while positioning the brand for future innovations. This enabled us to create UX designs leveraging pixel-perfect components, offering dynamic, personalised journeys featuring rich content supported by vivid imagery.
