ABOUT

I was asked by a piano player to create an image for an album he had made of solo piano recordings. I was given free reign as to the design, but as they were solo recordings I wanted to create something quite stark and sparse. I watered down some acrylic paint and used gravity (and, to be honest, and hairdryer) to create the black keys and spaces of a piano, accompanied by a classic style font.
