Reading the script and creating props costume breakdown.
Contributing to the Art Director with the presentation proposal. Attending production meetings and rehearsals. Providing information to other production areas.
Supervising the correct labeling of all items. Preparing items for National and International Trips.
Coordinating with painters and carpenters.
Finding rental props when necessary and manages their return.
To facilitate swatching and shopping for the Art Director and Costume Designer. Manages petty cash and purchase orders checked out to the Producer. Finding all the elements keeping the budget.
Assisting in the first presentation to the actors and take control on the element at stage.
Ability to find solutions at the request of the director at the last minute.
