This was a promo poster for client Tracks Ltd; I choose to go down the Yellow Submarine theme mainly as it’s a globally recognisable image, and knew the colours would be vibrant and have visual impact as a poster, I approached it very loosely and drew it rough purposely in illustrator for it to be quite childlike, and as it was originally animated it appeals to both children and adults so felt I could give it a more fun and friendly feel, that combined with simple but traditional typography I think complements it.
