This is Oxygen - Designed to be Different.

Connecting the elements of life... Welcome to Oxygen, a 32-storey neighbourhood in Manchester’s popular New Islington district. Located next to Piccadilly Station, Ancoats and the bustling bohemian Northern Quarter, this is the city’s most exciting up-and-coming area, and now development.

Home to 12 luxury townhouses at ground level and 369 apartments – comprising one- and two-beds across the development, and 3-bed penthouses at the summit of each tower – Oxygen sets a new benchmark for what luxury living should mean in Manchester.

The Task:

- Consider, and creatively work up, the launch plan for the brand.
- Introduce the brand to the world.
- To launch the brand, and for people to know and understand the building.
- The aim is to reach people, to build excitement, to build engagement with the brand/building.
- Creatively tell the story of Oxygen and bring the development to life.
