About me

I currently work as a photography studio manager and production manager, but feel after 4 years I need a new challenge, and need to further my career in this creative industry. At present my job role includes scheduling in freelance photographers and make-up artists for our shoots (consistently 4-5 days of shoots a week), overlooking the diary, sourcing models for any in-house promotional jobs we do, and shooting and selling to top spending customers. In the production department I delegate retouching jobs to the in-house retouchers and to our oversea's retouching houses, again retouching any high-end jobs myself. I also quality control final products before releasing them to either our customers or our web designers. I like to think I motivate my team to always strive for perfection in every image, and to keep to deadlines; pushing to stay on top of heavy workloads. I have good knowledge with Canon camera's (currently shooting with a 1DS mark 2) and great Photoshop skills.

I am organised and professional, determined and passionate, and most of all would love the opportunity to further my career with a rapidly growing business which i can only but contirbute to driving it on. I look forward to hearing from you, Kind regards Leanne Pearson
