I have almost 10 year's experience working within social and online marketing and promotion. With experience both client and agency side, I have a well-rounded view of what is required to make a campaign stand out and deliver results.
I have in-depth experience of community management, social strategy creation and implementation, digital and social outreach, online ads, social listening and digital crisis management.
Whilst my career has predominantly been within the social and digital arena, this has enabled me to delve into my passion of copywriting, whether that be writing engaging social posts, crafting traffic-driving website articles or digital press releases and newsletters. It's allowed me to develop my tone of voice both personally and that of the brands I've worked with and to create copy that people want to read.
Furthermore, I've also worked on tone of voice guidelines and documents for channel brands to help establish their personalities in the online and offline space.
I have experience managing and maintaining the digital products for the channel brands I previously worked on, including creating web pages, writing copy and articles for the website, maintaining digital carousels and ensuring the website is optimised. I also wrote and maintained our newsletters and mailing lists ensuring we were reaching people at every digital touch point.
In my career I've worked closely with marketing and creative teams to help our words and campaigns come to life and I'm very comfortable working both on my own as well as within a team.
