ABOUT

The Challenge
Omnia Carnival Limited sought to make a significant impact at Notting Hill Carnival with their "Jewel of the Nile" theme. The goal was to create an immersive, cohesive brand experience that would captivate audiences in one of the world’s largest cultural celebrations. Key objectives included enhancing brand visibility across both digital and physical spaces, engaging audiences through social media, and reinforcing the theme's identity with high-impact visuals throughout the event.

The Strategy
To achieve these objectives, we developed a comprehensive branding strategy designed to align all visual elements with the "Jewel of the Nile" theme. This involved creating a suite of brand assets that could be adapted seamlessly across various channels. A focus on eye-catching digital designs for online and social media platforms was essential for reaching a wider audience, while bold, large-format visuals were planned for maximum visibility on the ground at the carnival.

The Execution
I co-led the art direction and design for the campaign, creating digital graphics, advertisements, brochures, and truck banners that reinforced the theme and maintained brand consistency. I designed the brochures and provided art direction for the truck banner, crafting high-impact visuals to engage audiences and stand out in the carnival’s vibrant setting. This ensured brand uniformity and memorable moments across all touchpoints.

The Outcome
The "Jewel of the Nile" campaign boosted Omnia Carnival Limited’s brand presence across digital and physical channels, driving strong online engagement and high recognition at the event. It exceeded visibility and engagement targets, establishing the brand as a standout at Notting Hill Carnival.
