About me

I am the Chief Marketing & Growth Officer for WPP. I transform agencies through winning global new business and driving client growth, helping the brands we work with build a bridge to the future.

Before joining WPP, I held the critical twin role of President of Digitas, North America & International plus President, Worldwide Client Services Director & Head of Global Clients, among other roles at Publicis Groupe. During my 16 years at Digitas, I helped build the business into an award-winning global marketing and technology agency. I started my career at Saatchi & Saatchi and went on to work at Grey London before its acquisition by WPP. I have a Master's degree in Environment & Development with a focus on making economic development more environmentally sound and ultimately sustainable.

I'm proud to be part of the Campaign A List alongside the most influential people in advertising; I'm a member of the Wall Street Journal's CMO Network and The CMO Club, recently acquired by Salesforce.
