Dear Sir/Madam,

Please take my application into consideration as I feel I would come across strongly for this role. I am a very smart and sophisticated individual with positive mannerisms. I see this as a great opportunity for myself and love the chance to extend my current experiences.

Throughout the last few roles, I have gained critical involvement and immeasurable levels of experience within different skills and have informed you more about these below.

I am an extremely approachable person, able to listen and empathise, as illustrated by the vast majority of my experience which has been very candidate facing, demanding extreme sensitivity, and the ability to engage with the a large variety of individuals with this being from very high level Java Developers through to children aged 6. In short, I feel that my communication skills fit well within this role.

Organisation is a criteria that a lot of people struggle with due to having not prepared well enough and set time-scales. The times when organisation has been critical has included being at university where getting everything in shape to enable myself to complete pieces of work to the highest level was difficult. I was able to organise everything to the best level as I had learnt to set my timing and requirements to allow this to happen successfully and scored a 2:1 degree overall. This has continued into my professional roles including as a recruiter with all timings and plans being very important to gain success.

Teamwork is an aspect I have always seen as very important with a wide range of tasks both within work and outside of this. My experience playing football, especially with the added component of being the team captain, shows my interest and involvement outside of work. Within work, our recruitment consultancy was not the normal and we didn't fight each other to achieve personal success but we broke our strengths down between a team and carried out these tasks to aid each other. This provided team success, alongside including personal achievement. I feel that is is not purely for the product success, as teamwork brings a better environment which leads to more motivation amongst the team.

I believe my degree from a red brick university and most recently working as a Teaching Assistant have brought together a wide range of important skills which place me strongly for this role. It has enhanced my written and verbal communicaion skills to a high standard, and shows my absolute commitment to issues that I am passionate about. I was also working with mathematical modules with Biomechanics involving large amounts of data being analysed in order to gain understandings of athletic movements. This included both SPSS and Excel.

I feel if you consider all my attributes mentioned, and the skills and experience included on my CV, it brings together a strong individual with attributes very much suited to this role and I would very much like to be considered.
