Sometimes things don’t go as planned with your mortgage. Veterans United understands that and wants to get in front of any problems those falling behind their payments may face.

I was tasked with creating a direct mailer letting people know that we’re there to help. I used imagery and messaging that would invoke a sense of hope and positivity, while communicating some tough content. Clean lines and a clear type were used to ensure that the critical information was not lost amongst any ‘over-designing.’ All was done while maintaining Veterans United core brand style.
