I have recently come across your vacancy for a Junior Web Copywriter on creativepool.co.uk.
I am extremely interested in applying for this role, as I believe I have the exact skill set that you are looking for and would love to write for a British Heritage Fashion Brand.
I have recently moved back to England from Australia, where I created and frequently posted on an online travel blog called *, ambition and hunger to succeed in this type of ecommerce environment.
I also feel I have a good understanding of designers, trends, cuts and fabrics having studied fashion journalism and worked previously in retail for 6 years during my studies. My degree also enabled me to write for famous Fashion publications such as Glamour and The Saturday Times Magazine as well as frequently posting on QueensofVintage.com regarding vintage fashion, vacations and home designs. I am always up to date with the latest trends and have lots of experience browsing on retail websites!
In my current role I have to ensure that my work complies with my company's values, tone and candidate promise, updating posts to social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook regarding recruitment news that I think will cater to the audience of the business. As the company I work for is a small family run business I was able to set up and build their online presence through persuasive SEO copywriting for their website, social networking and representing them at events where I designed the merchandise and stand.
I feel that these skills would be extremely transferable to this position and would love to have the opportunity to interview for this role.
