I created a logo for a restaurant named Limon. It's a Spanish tapas restaurant. I began by illustrating the lemon and olive drawing for the logo. I imported the image and made some changes and created a modern typography. I thought about how the logo would be used and created different options for them for different formats. The typography is an important element and I didn't let it fall away. I experimented and decided to put a decorative element under the "e" to bring attention to the fact that it has an emphasis. I played with colours and settled on the dark green. Yellow would have been a boring choice and would fall away.
