Earthquakes of moderate magnitude are regular in Venezuela due to the country's location between the tectonic plates of the Caribbean and South America.
However, these are not the biggest tremors facing the country. The largest tremors are faced by people living with Parkinson's disease, who have stopped receiving medications and treatments as a result of Venezuela's social, economic and health crisis.
Together with @FUNDAPARKCA we created PARKINSON SCALE FILMS.
These are short films that are broadcast on Twitter every time there is an earthquake measured above 4.0 on the Richter scale. This will remind us to donate, so that people living with Parkinson's disease can continue to live normal lives.
