ABOUT
The brief was to develop a new brand identity for a small, rural city (Ames, Iowa) to attract a more artsy, cultured crowd to visit. I played on the city's rich educational and intellectual history to showcase it as a community creating paths for new ideas to take shape. My design concept uses negative space, angles and parallel lines to represent diverging, expanding and generous ideas. I designed a logo, and responsive website as well as additional roll out.
