I'm an internationally established and results-proven creative leader with a passion for turning insights into creative ideas that earn their attention. And those ideas have been awarded in Effie, Eurobest, Clios, The One Show and Cannes Lions over the years.

20 years in the creative industry have made me a firm believer in the power of creativity in transforming businesses, and the power of businesses in changing the future.

I lead teams with empathy and example. The best creative outcomes are always a result of a dedicated and inspired team and my passion is in continuously finding new ways for inspiration. I have started a TalentBnB program within the TBWA network, where creatives from around the world can exchange their jobs, homes and social lives for a month to get inspired by other agency cultures. I have also previously co-founded a collective, which drives diversity within the network and the entire industry.
