About me

Hi there. I'm Laura.

With two and a half years experience in project management and four years experience in customer service, I feel I would be a valuable addition to any account management team.

In recent roles, I have developed a wide range of skills and experience critical to account service. As a Marketing Coordinator for a small art supplies company, I determined, designed and implemented a marketing strategy to improve visibility and perception. This included projects in website design, as well as online marketing campaigns, with a focus on social media - namely Facebook and Twitter. As a Proposal Writer for a large waste management company, I worked closely with all departments to write, edit and coordinate information required for tender submissions, expression of interest and proposal documents, corporate publications and presentations for senior management. We worked to tight deadlines, without opportunity for error, and both my coordination and writing skills often determined the success of tendered work, valued at up to AU$20 million.

Personally, I thrive in challenging, creative, team environments. I have a deep, occasionally disturbing love of copywriting, proofreading and editing; a solid understanding of and experience in marketing and design; and an infinite appreciation for advertising and public relations brilliance.
