About me

I am a confident, ambitious, organised BA (Hons) Art and Design graduate with 2 years previous receptionist/front of house experience during which I have acquired a flawless telephone manner, organisation skills and excellent customer relations.

I have 1 years experience working within a show room, meeting and greeting clientele while answering phones redirecting calls and purchasing lunch for members of staff. While also having a years experience working as a front of house receptionist/PA to hotel manager, at the hotel I was responsible for answering calls, redirecting to appropriate colleges, making dinner, room and wedding bookings. I would also reply to hotel enquires through e-mail, reply to letters of correspondence, check in guests and show potential clients around the grounds. Working at two very different receptions is an example that I am a fast learner and I can adapt to a new environment and treat it as a challenge.

I have experienced multi tasking while working at Langdon hotel where I was given larger tasks to a deadline, whilst also completing my everyday duties. Showing I am exceptionally organised and accustomed to working in a high paced environment I am hard working and do not fold under pressure.

My hobbies vary from fashion blogging, running to photography. I have a passion for alternate photography, teaching myself forgotten process and collecting old camera's. I enjoy learning new and vintage techniques. I blog online keeping my grammar and writing skills cognizant, documenting my own outfits and keeping myself up to date with current trends
