What I can contribute with this name is that it belongs to the derivation of Brainer,
("brain man", with all that that name implies or also, "the possessor the brain").

Braycom has these characteristics:
It is a pregnant name, easily remembered, relevant to the environment that surrounds it (IT), short, concise, is available on the internet and has a good pronunciation.

Its first syllable belongs to Brain and the second syllable to commuting (commuting, intelligently communicating two or more points.
In other words, it combines the capacity of the members of the company with the work itself, for the clients, hence the successful result of the actions.
