Back in 2012. More than a Home site. The IWTOA story....
To do better with less and prepared mind for innovation was the main idea and that is why we needed The Design Thinking. Building bridges to come across to The Wow Zone. Traslating local needs into regional solutions working together with local teams.

In the journey mapping, I knew the elders do not practise enough in Palermo, Buenos Aires´s school (Argentina). Because they had poor resources to travel. In response to this we decided to dedicate our efforts to improve Seniors Martial Artist and invited them to practise in Clubs or places near their (elders) neighbourhood to work with them to figure out how arrived at clubs.
That process included the new Home Site, insights, invitations and workshops. It was a redesigned service that offered higher quality. More flexibility and increased choices. User-centered. I used to create communications to solve all sorts of problems use Design Thinking.

Discovered merely fixing wouldn´t solve the service problem. Here is when the design Thinking matter the most.

At every level in every kind of organisation, design thinking provides the tools to become an innovative thinker and uncover creative opportunities that are there – you're just not seeing them yet.
