About me

I am a proactive, dedicated and creative first class graduate, who specialised in Visual Art and Art History. Working with images, art and design has been my primary focus since completing A levels. All my voluntary experience and employment has been based around the creative industry, as it is an extremely important part of my ambition. I think I could bring this passion to the role.

My current employment has enhanced my experience of working in a busy and creative marketing environment and taking on projects from scratch. I have knowledge of dealing with press, a thorough understanding of all Adobe packages and I work regularly with image alteration alongside designing promotional material including producing brochures, leaflets and create easy to use design templates. I have advance knowledge of CMS Systems and HTML coding, in my current role I oversee all changes on the website, and have sole publishing rights within the CMS system (this is to ensure there is constancy in all branding and design). I am extremely efficient in meeting deadlines whilst paying particular attention to detail, and have experience in project management and team building.

Another aspect of my current role is being the main point of contact for a team of seven Interns; I ensure they are content with the tasks given and offer a supportive role in teaching in-house systems and problem solving. I also organise training for all interns on our booking system - Patronbase. This has allowed me to support my team building and management skills.

I have organised various other exhibitions and events, both personal with my own art work and also professionally based (outlined in previous section). All of which have developed my ability to work under pressure, with flexibility. My most recent event/exhibition, was my Graduation show; Exposed at the RagFactory - I was the Exhibition Co-ordinator and Team Leader. Please visit *. I was responsible for the curation and organisation of 54 students work. I also took on the role of managing the finances and budget, controlling the marketing and fundraising, while liaising with sponsors. This experience has provided me with outstanding business development and management skills.

In addition, I have worked as a PA to the Creative Director and Director of successful companies, demonstrating my skills in organisation and administration further. Within these roles I enhanced my customer service skills by being the first point of contact for clientele. My education and work responsibilities have enhanced my knowledge enormously, strengthening my ability to multi task and to time manage. I understand how vital excellent communication throughout a team is.
