Cuidar em Si é Cuidar em Todos (Taking Care of Yourself is Taking Care of Everyone) is a public service announcement (PSA) campaign developed in 2020 in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The campaign aimed to promote public awareness and responsible behavior regarding hygiene practices and collective health.

Produced by TELENIMA, the campaign was conceived as a multiplatform initiative and included several formats: a television spot, a radio spot featuring voice-over narration, and a series of printed materials (posters). All versions conveyed a consistent message focused on individual responsibility as a contribution to public health.
