About Kristian
Having worked within the Graphic Design Industry for the past 7 years, I believe I have gained a sound knowledge and skill set to create accurate, creative, strong work adhering to a brand identity and company message, right through from initial concept to print.
I work confidently, managing projects with a high level of consistency, leading projects where necessary. A focused individual with a strong in-depth knowledge of creative software packages enables me to create work for a variety of uses inc print, web and/or other digital outputs.
I feel I have a strong skill set which allows me to create high-quality, engaging work from a variety of briefs and concepts, with focus on clear brand identities for use in marketing or commercial proposes. Having worked in graphic design alongside the public sector for number of years I feel I can produce work that communicates ideas to a wide range of people, taking into consideration people with a variety of accessibility constraints. I work well as a team player as a motivated individual, who can deal with tight deadlines, maintaining a high standard of work whilst under pressure. I have a keen eye for detail and proof reading at all times, along with
experience of managing a tight budget to produce work within set time scales, managing work loads without supervision.
I work proficiently with design software to produce work for digital output, and have a good knowledge of web sites and updates via CMS systems. I work well using CSS, HTML along with a sound understanding of current social networking trends, providing me with the ability to create designed pages and prep work for digital use. I have a strong enthusiasm for design and produce Fine Art on a
freelance basis, regularly exhibiting work around the UK in a variety of formats from galleries to magazines. I feel have a genuine passion for design and enjoy working within the sector creating work and exploring the possibilities. I feel have the relevant skills to
produce exciting and informative work for a variety of uses and enjoy keeping on trend with new technology and how best to implement it, to further my work and the company's progress.
I consider myself to be a fun, approachable individual who will always go the extra step to help or advise people, I enjoy working with a variety of people, maintaining a professional and friendly ethos at all times.
