Dear Sirs
This is a brief introduction of a creative professional with a hue of media, advertising, photography, graphics, prepress and printing. It highlights few important milestones of my career to portray an individual in its right perspective.
At the beginning of my career I had an opportunity to work as a professional photographer with a top-notch creative advertising agency - Sista's Saatchi & Saatchi at Mumbai. The vivid exposure and interaction with various talented people from advertising, marketing, media and production houses has imbibed in me a professional culture with an eye for a smallest detail and a passion for perfection and refinement. The exciting world of advertising also gave me a chance for better understanding of related activities such as creative concepts, graphic designs, copy matters, high quality printing, high-tech presentations etc. Besides commercial photography, the assignments for cultural festivals of the USSR, France and Taiwan have given me an eternal manifestation and admiration for classical art, culture and folk programs.
My job responsibilities as a graphic designer have further enhanced my skills and abilities for designing and printing of corporate literature, annual reports, corporate identity, exhibition panels, packaging designs, catalogues, poster designs, C. D. ROM presentations, web site development etc.
As a free-lance photographer I was undertaking professional photography assignments from leading advertising agencies, graphic design studios, print production houses as well as corporate clients from the field of engineering, construction, pharmaceuticals, food processing, consumer products etc. The photography assignments usually included out door industrial, architectural photography, creative tabletops, packshots, corporate portraits, fashion and food photography. For this professional work I have top of the line camera and studio lighting system to produce razor sharp, high resolution, accurately colour balanced images.
I was also a visiting faculty at National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), for teaching fundamentals of photography with theory as well as practical assignments in studio, laboratories and outdoor locations.
