About me

Oversee management of all aspects of studio's creative and project management teams. Projects are principally Episodic TV and Feature Film Visual Effects but include some ancillary commercial work as needed.

- Operate as VFX Producer on select projects.

- Establish creative and workflow parameters suitable to each project. Projects range from HD formats to 4K resolution including 2D/3D Visual Effects and Motion Graphics.

- Bidding projects for all services offered

- Negotiating with outside vendors for sub-contracting work and identifying strategic partnerships

- Recruiting and Hiring staff and freelance talent (artists, producers, coordinators, tech, etc.)

- Identifying and pursuing leads for new business in support of VP of Business Development.
