Parliament House Hotel is a charming little 3-star hotel in Edinburgh. Tucked away at the foot of Calton Hill in the heart of Edinburgh, their online revenue was nowhere near where it was meant to be. Their website was old, outdated and not at all user-friendly. After months of pleading to upgrade the website, we were finally given the chance to test a new look and feel. After a very successful A-B test, we were given the green light to roll out a number of small on-site improvements. Since the new site went live, traffic and engagement has been up, which in turn has had a massive impact on their bottom line.
