This illustration speaks to children a bit older, possible 12 – 16 years. I created this illustration to inspire girls or young women to embody strength and confidence in a way challenges the norm of what a princess should look like.

This illustration looks an a strength of a woman through the ages, with a historical look. There is a bit of masculinity to her… She is not the vision of a princess through a male gaze but rather through the lens of a young woman that doesn’t fit the social construct of what society has told us to be or look like.
