About us

Founded in 2008, we are a research and design studio in Farringdon, London, working on a combination of commercial and publicly funded projects, from museum gallery spaces to interactive installations and print and graphic communications. We are a team of 13 designers, developers and makers from a diverse range of backgrounds.

Our design philosophy is central to the way we work, the way we structure our studio, and the work we do.

We believe that an understanding of the relationship between technology, society and culture allows us to give greater meaning to our work. We care about what we do and want it to have value.

Our work has been published numerous times and has won several awards, including a D&AD Yellow Pencil. We were shortlisted for Designs of the Year at the Design Museum in 2011 and our work featured in Time Magazine’s Top 10 of Everything 2010. In 2014 we were listed in the top 50 studios in the UK by Computer Arts Magazine.
