Hyatt Residences by Andaz Luxury hotelier Hyatt wanted to launch a luxury residence in Maui, HI in the spring of 2014. These Hyatt-owned boutique-style hotels represent an uncomplicated vibrancy that needed to be communicated through printed materials. With twelve Andaz locations worldwide, the Residences Maui at Wailea was the first of its kind under the Andaz umbrella — high-end residences that represent the values of the Hyatt group while also carving out its own niche in the boutique-hotel market. The result was a large-format book, prospecting brochure, environmental graphics, and website that not only convey the visual beauty of the Hawaiian residences, but also capture its sophistication by the language used throughout — creating a unique voice for an already dominant brand.
