ABOUT

Founder Simon Maddison came to me with a clear vision: to build a robust, modern brand for his new property development company, NestHub Properties. With the property space being as competitive (and crowded) as it is, it was vital to create something that wouldn’t just blend in - but would actively stand apart.

From day one, it was clear this brand needed to reflect more than just the business. It had to reflect Simon himself. People aren’t only investing in properties - they’re investing in the person behind them. And since I’ve known Simon personally for years, I knew how important it was to capture the reliability, honesty, and professionalism he brings to everything he does.

We started with a full visual identity. The name “NestHub” naturally lent itself to bird-inspired themes, so I created a clean, modern logo with a distinctive icon that could stand confidently on its own. Simplicity was key - something strong, memorable, and versatile enough to work across digital and print without losing impact.

The chosen colour palette - gold, cyan, and deep green - set the tone for the entire brand. Bold, fresh, and confident, it gives NestHub a contemporary look while still feeling welcoming and grounded. This colour system was carried through every touchpoint, creating consistency across the website, printed materials, and branded assets.

With the visual identity in place, I designed and developed a custom WordPress website. It was important that the site felt clean, easy to navigate, and approachable - while also serving as a platform that would grow with the business.

One of the biggest opportunities in this space is content. Potential clients and investors want to see proof - not just promises. I encouraged Simon to feature in-depth case studies and blog content to showcase how NestHub adds value, transforms properties, and delivers a high return on investment. The tone is honest and informative - no jargon, no fluff.

The site also features a custom CMS, making it simple for Simon to update projects and publish new content. And with built-in SEO optimisation, it’s already helping NestHub climb the search rankings and attract the right kind of attention.

In addition to the website, I rolled out a full suite of brand materials, including business cards, printed collateral, and marketing assets - each designed to support a consistent and professional presence, whether in a pitch meeting or on social media.

NestHub now has a brand that feels confident, capable, and authentic. It reflects not just the quality of the work Simon delivers, but the values he brings to the table - transparency, trust, and long-term vision.

In an industry where standing out is half the battle, NestHub is now positioned to do exactly that - backed by a brand system that’s built to grow, evolve, and last.
