A leader who is highly experienced and a motivated people manager with a proven track record of performance management. I pride myself for owning and building my business by implementing positive actions to maintain and improving its performance. I have over 20 years of business and people management experience in the field of banking, properties, charities, retail, food and advertising sectors.

With my leadership skills, sales management and presentation abilities I will help your organisation achieve its goals through demonstrating effective skills in relationship management, business development and networking.

Throughout my proffessional career, I have attended a number of professional training courses, specialising in areas from sales & service excellence, attitude & motivational training through to people management, leadership and public speaking.

I am proficient in the use of Microsoft office, email and internet applications. New challenges are something I welcome with full commitment and with the mind set to excel in every way possible.

· I developed and promoted 37 colleagues into senior positions in the last 10 years.

· Excelled all branch performances from bottom 3 in group to top and top 3 consistently. I am a believer of sales which is motivated by service as a secret to my achievements.

COMMUNICATION

· Possessing sound judgement, hunger, drive, honesty and a willingness to improve and learn further has always placed me well above my peers. I have developed a unique way to empower others to take full responsibility in their own work and development.

· I have led development sessions, meetings and seminars with large audiences. I have presented in many events including TV interviews, appeals and chat shows. I manage a local and national football team for the last 5 years where effective communication is key.

· I have collaborated effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, achieving long lasting, effective and successful relationships.

· I am highly regarded in the community and the organisations I have worked in due to my approachable and amenable nature. I was chosen to deliver training to managers and advisors at group level. I do the same now with volunteers and previously with colleagues.

LEADERSHIP

· Having strong leadership, I possess strong analytical, organisational and interpersonal skills. I am conscientious and determined, with experience of performing in high-pressured business environments as well as being able to work independently to tight deadlines.

· A caring person who likes to help and develop others. Appointed Chairman (second term) of a non-profit charity organisation, formed to help and support poor communities around the world. This keeps me updated with the world and keeps my skills sharp.

· I managed 8 different branches at Lloyds with 11 to 27 colleagues. I Led by role modelling the group values and behaviours, I coached my colleagues to be the best they can be.
