50 years ago, people gathered around their televisions to watch mankind’s first steps on the moon. For the anniversary of this momentous event in human history, Samsung launched a campaign centered around the Apollo 11 mission. With their QLED 8K TV equipped with AI Upscaling, people could now watch the archival space footage like never before in stunning 8K resolution.
To play off of the campaign, we created Mission Kits to educate our retailers on selling Samsung’s latest and greatest television. Kit contents included a video brochure that played the latest Samsung “Making History Again” spot, an Apollo lunar module USB loaded with demo content and sales information, and a sleeve of playful “moon rock” candy.
