I set out to design a line of men's footwear based on classic design with sport-level comfort. I think hybrid, comfort based design in footwear is the future.

Using my network of Italian manufacturers and suppliers, I developed this first core style: a classic derby. A derby has almost universal fit standards and appeals to most all men for work and causal wear. I added a lightweight Vibram Morflex sole that appears clean and simple, but provides superior cushion and wear.

The result has been a popular new style in multiple colour of calfskin and suede which is non-seasonal and priced for the direct-to-consumer market.
