I am currently working as a Online Research for Groupon. This role has given me excellent communication skills and I am able to approach all departments professionally.

I am a self-motivated individual who is flexible reliable and who can work under pressure I have experience in telephone services and dealing with customers. I have also had experience at BBC 1Xtra. Due to this experience it has helped me build my confidence to a substantial level when speaking. Because of my experience of being a PA I know how to organise my time and with clients schedules.

I feel that I will be the right person for this job as I have a passion for research and I hope you will give me the opportunity to prove to you that I am a hard working individual who is flexible, reliable and who can work under pressure. I am a fast learner who is willing and able to learn new skills and face new challenges.
