Working as Lead designer I standardised the UI and design patterns created by the UI team and worked closely with the UX lead to ensure the UX was aligned was translated correctly in the designs ensuring the project was back on track where my predecessor had failed. Also worked with off shore dev teams to ensure the built was correct and to spec. My secondary role was creating governance of the brand and managed a small team of designers making sure they where task orientated and motivated.
