ABOUT

I created experiential, sampling and pop-up bar concepts for Heathrow, in order to attract new sponsors and advertisers to their terminals. I provided a large variety of ideas, ranging from Hackett branded Aston Martins, male model Hugo Boss leafleteers, giant Monster headphones, Skype sampling and a giant Thomas Pink bulldog.

I worked with Heathrow and Mastercard to develop a mutually beneficial campaign incorporating the airport’s mission of ‘Making every journey better’ with Mastercard’s objective to provide a ‘Priceless experience’.
I oversaw all the design work, from initial scamps to final artwork, for the ‘The joy of giving: Priceless’ campaign, which required the bringing together of both brands’ corporate guidelines.

I designed a unique Valentine’s Day ‘Trinity’ event featuring a free gift wrapping and personalisation service, including a calligrapher to hand write customer messages in any language. The event featured out-of-aisle secondary space in one of the most high-traffic areas of Terminal 5 and featured in press and digital panel sites. ‘Trinity’ became an industry leading case study, presented at a global conference and hailed by airport bible the Moodie Report. There were also 5 marriage proposals in T5 thanks to the campaign!
