Leading a team of content producers, designers and developers to fully rebuild the front- and back-end of the FutureGov website. Project included guiding the visual design to follow new branding, designing the information architecture to improve user experience, implementing an SEO strategy, and leading the integrating of a new CMS system and content migration.
