Concept
The “Never Just Digital” campaign was designed to position TPXimpact as more than a technology services provider — it told the story of human-centred transformation and emphasised the organisation’s purpose-driven approach. The brief was to craft a narrative that resonated with both public sector leaders and technology decision-makers, elevating TPXimpact’s value proposition through thought leadership, storytelling, and creative content.
Execution
I led the strategy, messaging, and content production for the campaign across digital channels, social platforms, and video. This included creating the concept narrative, briefing production teams, shaping the editorial arc, and aligning visuals and messaging to reflect brand and audience needs.
Alongside a core video, we developed supporting social snippets, short-form animations, and coordinated rollout plans across LinkedIn, email, and website channels.
Rigorous editorial governance ensured brand consistency across all outputs, and performance tracking helped optimise messaging and placements throughout the campaign lifespan.
